well since ur running a fever its a virus try some over the counter cold medicine with fever reducer and drink like tea ,water, and juice plenty of fluid...if u dont feel no better go to the doc

I had a really bad headache last night, and nasal congestion also. Even my gums were hurting. When I woke up this morning the headache was gone but I still had the nasal congestion. I bought some Robutussin Cold and Allergy. I just took some. I hope it works!!! Drink lots of fluids and take some Vitamin C tablets. Hope you feel better!!!!!!!

Sounds like a head cold. I use Alka-Seltzer Plus Cold Tablets and go to bed.

You have one of many variations of the common cold. Drink lots of liquids, get lots of sleep, and see a doctor if the symptoms are still bugging (no pun intended) you in two days.
