Add a little red food coloring...little bit of flouride and a drop of bleach...it holds better.

Sad, but true, no reds are permanent. Red is one of the fastest fading colors and there is nothing that you or anyone can do about that.

If you use a semi-permanent you can apply heat which makes it last alittle longer because the color will penatrate deeper into the hair w/ heat. The nice thing about semi-perm. is that it doesn't contain the harsh chemicals that permanent colors do so you can color w/ semi perm. color more often.

If you want a cherry red hair dye, go to a beauty supply store buy your self a bottle of clairol Torrids (Outrageous Cherry). It is great.
