Sharp Aquos is considered one of the best, but there isn't a big difference between all sets. I do not think Samsung is as good as Sony, LG, and others. Big Big fan of Sony HDTVs. LCDs never look good to me, because of the blending of colors and lines. You don't get a life-like picture unless you are 15 feet away.
