I mean, its not solid concrete detail, just something that makes a lot of sense when you think about it. Its about space, the universe (i've always thought if one wants to find Gods miracles, you either look at the really little things, cells and organisms, and the really big thing, the universe) Ok, here it goes, its kinda hard to explain. The universe is a vast amount of empty space, a small minority of it filled with galaxies and planets and so forth. But where did all that empty space come from? Why do humans, or anything for that matter even exist? What if there was just nothing, no space, no human beings, no universe, no nothing? An infentesimal amount of sapce couldn't have just come from no where, why is it here and how did it get here? Because there is a God, and we do have a purpose. There are so many things scientists don't know, like what makes cells do what they do, or how the universe was created. Theories have come and gone, but I not everything can be explained with logic. Its at that point God steps in. My point is, this whole unimaginably enormous wonder of space did not just come out of nowhere. It came from God. Make sense, doesn’t it?

"An infentesimal amount of sapce couldn't have just come from no where..."

Why? And even if lots and lots of space can't "just come from no where", why on EARTH would your brain tell you that the next logical step would be assuming that it came from some unknowable, unseeable, incomprehensible, indefinable, mythological creature called "God"? Why would you say "well, it just doesn't make sense... must've been God!"? That's the God of the gaps and that God has been shrinking and shrinking.

Argument from ignorance (logical fallacy): Because there appears to be a lack of evidence for one hypothesis, another chosen hypothesis is therefore considered proven.

By the way, infinitesimal means indefinitely or exceedingly small; minute.

I'm afraid its you that doesn't make sense. That is such a weak argument. You're saying that space can't possibly come from nowhere, yet a fictional "god" can.
You say that there are a lot of things scientists don't know, yet they have discovered a lot more things than the church, the bible or religious people have. They continue to research and discover things. Backed up with evidence, not hear say written over 2000 years ago (and full of contradictions).
You're so sure that we have a purpose on Earth, then what is it?

Some good points but you'll have to be more concrete to convince the non-believers. We didn't just pop out of no where thats for sure. And all those people that say, then who created God? Well I know one things for sure...humans have proven their capability, God's I've yet to prove. So I will go with God on this one. You are definitely on the right path with your train of thought. Many who believe in no God and that the more we find out about science the more we'll prove there is none, seem to relinquish one point, what if science proves there is a God?

I like it so far, but where did God come from?

I do believe in God, by the way- the God of the Bible. But I can't prove He's real, nor do I know where He came from. The idea that anything that exists must have a creator leads to an endless sucession of creators creating creators. That's almost as nuts as the Big Bang Theory.

Let me get this straight - Because you don't understand it God must have done it? Sounds like why the islanders worshipped the volcano.

There isn't an Easter Bunny. Father Christmas doesn't slide down the chimney every year and eat cookies that you leave out on the counter. When you die, worms will eat your brain!

That being said, isn't life fantastic? Don't you love getting up in the morning with the knowledge that you can breath in and out and that you, with all of you faults, inhibitions, anxieties, troubles, problems and woes, are a unique individual and that you are aware that you are ALIVE?!?

Enjoy your life and don't worry too much about the afterlife. You'll find out about that soon enough!

That's something similar to what I've asked before...scientists know alot as far as HOW the universe was created, HOW animals, and humans, reproduce, etc., but when You ask WHY! Everyone will find what they are seeking, whether God or Satan, and You will see how Your enemies try to confuse You and tell You that Jesus Christ is not the way to the Father God--pray for these people, as they are lost as You and me both were at one time. People do not want to come to the Light because they love the darkness and are ashamed of their wicked, sinful, sexual desires. Jesus is coming back real soon...closer everyday. People fear this because they have lived a life of sin and regret. I pray for the lost. Pray also for the peace of Israel. You see Israel in the news alot these days. God made it a "burdensome stone, that anyone who tried to move it, would be cut to pieces". A country the size of Florida! Jesus also said in the last days "You will be hated for My name's sake". Don't deny Him...ever. Jesus is the ONLY way, truth, and light, no one will come to the Father except through Him. Spread the Word!! God bless You all

The universe and life have always existed.

There was never a time when there was "nothing." And there never will be.

What you call the universe is more correctly known as the "visible universe." The universe extends into infinity both ways. It is infinitely large & infinitely small. Our visible universe is a tiny part of the inifinite universe.

Everything you see, including your own body, is made up of tiny little universes and they have always existed and always will. Since there never was "nothing," there was no "creation."

And, no logical reason to invent an imaginary "creator" or "God."

not really,
i understand what you are saying, but your theory is more of a vague philosophy, and not even that, it hardly uses any logic. i have one question to ask you,
can you prove it?
in the world of reason, it dosent matter if it makes sense or not, many other theories have made even more sense. if you cant answer that question, its not true.

and how do you know that someone HAD to create the univerese? perhaps it did come out from nowhere, maybe as an accident?

If that is true, who is to say it is God and not some other one like Zeus or Shiva, etc. There is more than one religion. That is not proof, that is a theory. The point is no-one knows. Evolution and religion are compatible. Even so what would be the point of him/her/them putting us here?
