Extra fat in the face tends to plump up wrinkles and sometimes you can look older when you lose weight but chances are your body will look better. If you are 5-4 and 150 but you have a lot of muscle then you're okay but otherwise probably could stand to lose a few pounds for health reasons not just for looks which are secondary.

Yes, I think people that look a little chubby usually look more youthful. If you want to lose weight, maybe just 10lb instead of 20lb and see how you feel. And it's a shame a girl who is already slim, wants to be so skinny, she obviously has some body image issues. HTH : )

Yes depending on how you lose the weight. You don't want to lose alot of weight and not turn it into mucle because you will just have loose skin and that is not appealing.
