Indoor toilet. I live in fairly rough conditions right now but on my property I have a real sod home that the pioneers used to live in when settling the Great Plains. I even have a dilapidated out house. I would NOT want to be trudging to the outhouse during one of our winters or during a blizzard. OOooooh nooooo.
I want an indoor toilet of some sort. Don't care if its an Eco composting type of toilet as long as its an inside type.
I "could" live without plumbing as long as the well had a pump and it was inside the house.
I could live without air conditioning but I wouldn't want to if I didn't have to.
Goddess Bless!

The term modern conveniences usually refers to things which one has in the house, although auto transportation certainly fits too.
There are no modern conveniences I cannot live without.
I would live, albeit a little dirtier, without indoor plumbing, which only became widespread a tad over a century ago.
I do not own a TV, cell phone, iPod, or TiVo.
In the winter months I walk to work. In the summer I bike it.
If I had to own a horse, I would learn how to take care of it.
Have an air conditioner- did not use it all summer - I open the windows. ( I live in Phoenix, AZ)
People used out-houses, priveys & other non-plumbed arrangements for dealing with nature's call since before Roman times & did just fine. Many people in isolated rural areas in the US & other parts of the world still do so.
Might miss electric lights to read by @ night for a while, but I could get used to going to bed earlier.
Conveniences are just that - they make our life physically a little easier, safer, cleaner but they are not necessities until we begin to define our lives by our comforts.
That's when we really get into trouble!
;-)

How about Farming Tecnologies, without them, do you think you could fend for yourselve. Hunt, and kill wild animals on your own. Slaughter and clean them yourself.
Transportation. Do you think you would have the stamina to travel large distances to get to the food source which you would have to kill yourself. Garbage disposal and snow removal all be effected
Electricity, Well, yeah we can handle without it. But think of everything we would love, Car Batteries, Cell phones, Phones, Hospitals, Schools and Churches. Proper plumbing would be effected and so would sewerage. Not to mention toilets
We would end up living in a very dirty world due to human waste everywheres and people would die due to no electricity in the hospitals, No health care. The human population would survive a few months, however, without transportation how could we porperly dispose of human waste and not getting sick. We would be in a world of hurt

Electricity- I live in florida, and it gets pretty hot down here. With no AC many would die of heat stroke.
