there really is no fast way. It takes time for healing. Just take it day by day. What ever you do keep you mind busy by doing things, homework reading a book, call you girlfriends don't give yourself time to think about him.

Nearly everyone is heart broken for a while, if they really cared for the person. It's OK to be sad a little while and think over everything that you have learned from the experience. But, you've got to move on. You will have other hurdles during your life and you can't stay tangled up in everyone of them or you can never win the race.
Life is so full of good and bad, happy and sad ,challenging and easy, we have some sort of challenge every day and we must be strong, in order to survive..

Girls night. NOTHING fixes problems better than girls night.
Buy a whole lotta junk food. Rent a bunch of sappy love movies and romantic comedies. Cuddle up in your pajamas, with your junk food, extra boxes of tissues, watch all the sappy love movies and reminisce of all the sweet, romantic times that you shared with your ex. Then after all that crying, watch the romantic comedies and you'll soon turn those sobs into blubbers. And when you go from sobs to blubbers, you know things will get better!
Being with girlfriends is so much better and healthier than going out, getting drunk or high on some lame drug. Being with girlfriends is good for the soul....

There is no fast way, You eventually move on. The best thing to do is cut off all ties to that person, no friendship. Keep active and thinking about the future. If you don't you will think about what could have been etc. and you don't want that. But make sure it's over.

The fastest way to deal with a break-up is to have a rebound relationship. It is not the best way, but it is the fastest.

Make a clean break .The sooner he sees that you have moved on. He'll probably want you back. Because they can not see us with someone else. Guys are very possesive like that. (girls are the same way)
