Maybe something like "50 - the new 30"
Or "50 - Twice as good as 25"

I saw a shirt that said "50 - damn I look good"
I don't think you should use that for a banner, but maybe a little pin for her to wear, or on a big picture of her (where she looks great) for everyone to sign.
I think the slogan you have is best - it will make her feel good.
