Though I might not know much, vegetables contain fiber which are essential for digestion. Smelly farts are normal for everyone who consumes a good amount of fiber. If you don't like vegetables at all, you can buy fiber supplements anywhere. Through scientific advancement, fiber drinks that tasted worse than vegetables, now can be mixed into your coffee or what ever you eat so that you get your fiber without the pain of eating cabbage or brussel sprouts.
To encourage you to buy more vegetables or some fiber supplement, think of your stomach as a drain. If it gets clogged, you get constipated. But if you use Draino or whatever, it washes it clean. Fiber is just like that.
to answer your question: yes.

The smelly farts shows that your digestive system is working fine, you are less likely to be constipated and will make your time at the toilet easier due to the high fibre content of vegetables. So don't worry.
Also, note that legumes are high in fibre and make you fart as well, especially baked beans.

not necessarily, they sometimes may jeopardize other foods digestion. u right the gas process may delay the emptying by making all food stay in intestines like old garbage that no one cleans out and its smelly and gassy. i think eating foods like cabbage has to be done separate from foods that take time to digest in stomach.

Vegetables don't actually help digest your food, it just helps pass everything along..the fiber in it.
Its normal to get gas from them. Maybe try some Beano if it becomes bothersome but I am sure you don't care. lol.

yes , veg is high in fibre which means good floaty spools(****) and solid. this helps yr bowels very much as easier to flow thru and out. just eatin meat, ie no fibre can cause internal blooding of anus and may cause cancer

If you eat them raw they won't. Raw vegs are hard to digest.
