Afrin 2 sprays each nostril twice a day for 3 or 4 dayas only. It is a local nasal decongestant and opens everything up so you can breathe, taste and smell again. It is addictive and should only be used for 3 to 4 days.

sometimes if you have a sinus infection you can lose your sense of taste and smell. You may need an antibiotic. If sinusitis is left untreated it may turn into Chronic sinusitis and you don't want that. Call an ear, nose and throat doc in your area to be evaluated. Try using a saline rinse in your sinuses. It's a good habit to rinse your sinuses out on a daily basis.

Take some nyquil it'll knock everything out of you and when you wake up you can smell again lol

Pour Lime or Lemon juice drops down each nostril about 2 drops and you'll be sneezing it all out

guess you have allergic rhinitis..have a complete best red...take a lot of water and juice....drink medicine...and if you think you are allergic to dust,pollens,furs...get rid of them....try to saty fit all the time.....It's very hard to get sick....t.c.....dont wipe your nose with towels or hard clothe....it may irritate the outer part of your nose...

when i have trouble with my appettite, i drink a couple of beers or other alcoholic drink. it always gives me an appettite.
