how to get the underscore caracter in Oxigen o2?

In Word go to INSERT then to CHARACTER. You will see a table that includes superscripts and subscripts. Use the subscript number you want to put it into the text by positioning the cursor where you need it and clicking on ENTER.

if your talking about what i think you are, hold shift, and press the button next to the 0 with the two lines.

ps. you spelled oxygen wrong.
