in jail with pti and probation?

my boyfriend is charged with theft over 500 second offence with pti and probation what kind of sentence is he lookin at

for those who don't know what pti is it stands for pre trial Intervention, my boyfriend is getting charged with theft over 500 even though he wasn't there he is on probation and has pti what can I do who can I talk to to tell them he wasn't there

He needs an attorney. He will have to have proof that he was not involved in this crime, and an attorney will know best about how to present evidence of his non-involvement.
