Got mad over the crazest stuff. like not answering the phone on the first ring/ thinking i'm trying to talk to someone just cause someone spoke to me and i spoke back. and thinking he's the only person that i need to talk too on the phone

The behavior you describe is very abnormal, indeed. This sounds like someone who is ready to snap at the slightest thing. You can let him go when you look into your baby's eyes and see that your baby is worth more than any man, no matter what he does. This person sounds like he will be hard to get rid of, too. I would not deal with anyone with such obsessive type of behavior...after a while, it always turns to hitting and violence - this is what I have observed from people I knew that had these types of relationships. Get out while you can, you're strong enough.

To be completely honest it is a minute by minute thing. Then it becomes a day to day. Keep reminding yourself that this is where you are to be for what ever reason there is. You are not to be with him right now. Take deep breaths. Do not think about tomorrow or tonight or any point except here and now. Do not have any contact with him, do not see him, or call him, do not find reasons to email him or run into him. Give yourself time to heal and know that you are only hurting you and your precious baby by being near someone like that. Know that this guy was great to you in certain ways and not others. Now the next one will be great in all the ways this guy was and more ways. Your taking steps to a happier healthier lifestyle. Just not there yet and it is hard. I get it. I really do and i hope it is easy on you. Talk to your friends/family allot. Get support this is a hard time.

You said it is your ex, so let it stay that way, because if you don"t , it is going to get worst. He has issues, so give him space, so he can deal with them. Don't tie your life up with him, because you will be wasting your life away. Know what is best for you, and go after it. if you want a wholesome life.
