I think you should Flirt with him alittle! I would send in a troop A.K.A. A trust worthy friend! And maybe slip the Q. in if he's interested in anyone or if he's looking for a Girlfriend or has one! You know what i mean!? But if he's that Hott don't let any other Girl try and take him if you really like him that much, because then you'll feel really upset you didn't get him! But if he means that much to you maybe you should try and make the first move! Sometimes a girl's got to do what a girl's got to do!

i would say continue to talk to him. start out as a friend and see what happens. after awhile ask him to go eat or something. just don't be to pushy. good luck
