I do not know what you mean, as a Buddhist I will explain who Buddha was. The title "Buddha" is given to the Indian prince Siddhartha Gautama who gave up his lavish way of living in order to find a way to end worldy suffering. After studying abroad for many years he reached enlightenment through the destruction of his ego which causes our desire for wordly things. Since our desire for worldly things is also the source of our suffering, he in this way ended it. After this he called himself the Tathagata and traveled India teaching people how to reach Nirvana (the destruction of the ego) by following the eight-fold path. The fat Buddha statues you see are not accurate representations of what Buddha looked like, the fatness is a zen metaphor for happiness. Buddha in fact was supposed to be extremely beautiful because of the effect enlightenment had had upon him. He is also not a god, he was a mortal man.

"I have passed in ignorance through a cycle of many rebirths, seeking the builder of the house. Continuous rebirth is a painful thing. But now, house builder, I have found you out. You will not build me a house again. All your rafters are broken, your ridge-pole shattered. My mind is free from active thought, and has made an end of craving"

Are you talking about a statue of Buddha? That is just a fetish.
And I heard a psychic say an evil entity jumped out of one one time on her, because the previous owner was wicked.
The CONCEPT of the buddha, is just another term for the spirit
in us. Which as the Bible says, "YE ARE GODS"..
Not that we are God, but that the spirit within us is a part of Gods
own body, and has godlike abilities.

Buddha means "awakened" if that's what you're looking for.
