If someone could point out to me what interpersonal communication is, and also, if you have an example to help me out, it would be greatly appreciated. =)

Interpersonal communication means communication between or among people.

There are two broad categories of interpersonal communication: verbal and non-verbal.

In verbal communication, there are words, tone, volume, speed etc each communicates something to the receipient.

In nonverbal communication, it might be justures, expression or written languages etc.
