"Mrs. X, I would love to have your permission to take Suzie to Homecoming. I know you may be worried about having her go, so let me tell you exactly what we would be doing that evening.[Then lay out the planned activities]. I would like to talk to you about what time you would like her home."
Then, and most important, do everything you agreed upon and get her home at the agreed time!
Good Luck!

You say, Hello Mrs. So and So, I'm Your Name and it's a pleasure to meet you. I would like to escort your daughter to homecoming dance and I would like you to know that I'm a very responsible person and will take good care of her.

You then inform her of the arrangements you have made for the date, transportation, and any other plans like dinner. You make sure she has your telephone number and address and offer to let her speak to your parents if she would like.

If the girl's parents feel they can trust you and that you are a nice mannerly young man with good home training, there will probably be no objections.

Just be yourself. If the parents don't feel thretened by you there should be no problem, and alway promise to get her home at the time they want. If you do that then in the future there will be not problem getting her out of the house.

Well if you like the girl then you should ask her permission first. If she says yes then just tell her mother that you have the best intentions for her daughter and that you would really like to take her to the dance.

first of all....make sure you use proper english when speaking. no slang. be polite.
introduce yourself. express your intentions giving details such as day and date...and time. then ask for her permission....she may inquire about specifics such as transportation concerns and a time to expect her daughter home. be prepared with answers to these type of questions. i would also make sure to reassure her that your parents are aware of the outing and approve and if they need to speak to them provide her with the names and number of your parents...just be sincere, polite and genuine.
good luck.

Be yourself--but don't be the self you are with your friends. Be polite and courteous. Tell the mother your plans--how you'll get a ride, if you're taking her, and if you're driving her back, agree on a time to take her back.
