Does every single person in the world have the duty to try they're hardest for government is honest and good?

As "honest and good" as we all collectively can make it, meaning non-violently trying as hard as we can to make it conduct itself and run in all areas of it the most truthfully, ethically, morally, effectivlely, justly, intelligently, openly and transperently as we can. I really wonder how much better we could make the world if we were all really trying as hard as we could to make sure our government was truely the most good and honest we could make it.

For us in India, we go with the lesser evil as we don't have the alternative alternatives yet 2. I recognize the regulation of the land and we insurrection if any enacted against the pastime of all us Indian. (generally they are evil in international sense). I completely believe in can provide made to us and we've been cheated yet endless products.
