You will feel better, but you can't lose much weight that way. That only will burn about 150-200 net calories.

If you do this 6 days a week be sure to give yourself one day off to rest, your body will want it. Walking is the best, I wish I could get everyone to do it, I'm leading a walk in the park starting next week open to our community, and hope many start to walk. You will see results within a week and a half to two weeks if you do this too:
Cut your portions in half at night time-don't eat after 7:30
Replace your cheeses with cheese made with skim milk (mozzarella)
Replace your butter with "I can't believe it isn't butter" the spray.
Eat wheat products not white
Avoid sweet treats except for one day a week
Cut your soda intake in half
Eat a good breakfast,. lunch, dinner-and also have healthy treats in between these meals.
Drink alot of water
Make your biggest meals during the day and not at night. We burn what we eat during the day, it's the night time eating that stays with us. Hope some of this helps. You'll see results when you watch your foods too go for it!

o.k.,first what ever exercise you do this week[including walking,its one of the Best!] you will not see results to the next week and if you do that everyday,I gaventy you will see results after the second week!Good Luck!Hollywood!

give it 3-4 weeks...... probably sooner depending on your weight now and what you are trying to accomplish
