Why do teenage guys like scrawny girls? I'm not scrawny at all, I'm 'full figured' but not like really fat. I have a great personality and a pretty face...and I'm fun[trust me, I'm not bragging]. i don't get why guys just DON'T like me. I've been looking for a guy who's going to accept me for what I am without having to change the 'shape' of my body. Does anyone have any advice on getting a guy to notice my personality and start to like me?

The best answer I can give you is to find other ways to improve on your appearance and you as a person. Be better than yourself. Just being yourself is not good enough sadly. How is your dress and style? How is the manner in when which you carry yourself? I am not going to give you the advice to "be yourself". Anyone who gives you that lame advice is very clueless about dating and chasing the opposite sex.

Since one of the downsides of being a female is that you traditionally have to wait for guys to come chase you, the best advice I can give you until you lose the weight for yourself is to change the way you carry yourself. Try wearing nice clothes. Learn how to go up to guys and flirt with them. How are you wearing your hair and makeup? Good posture is nice.

Just remember, one guy's dog is another guy's babe. Learn not to take rejection personally. It is a fact of life everyone has to deal with. Especially those of us who are still single and 26 years of age. LOL

The reason for this has to do with the way they (boys and men) are bombarded with images of young skinny ladies in advertising and the movies, television, etc. The media sells this image to the public and just like anything they put out there people swallow it whole. Unfortunately this affects people like you who may in turn try to make yourself like them and if you try too hard, become bulimic, anorexic, or have some issue with self esteem. Please DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE. Not everyone can look like these models or celebrities. And if you knew how most of them got that seemingly perfect body you would probably feel sorry for them. The truth is that many get tummy tucks, stomach stapled, and other types of medical treatment, mostly under the knife. Just keep being yourself and show your personality by getting to know them. In turn those who are not as shallow and appreciate you for who you are will take notice. I know that sounds cliche but when you get a little older (or perhaps you are mature enough now) you'll understand what that means.

What if the reverse were true? I may be a guy in one of your classes that is interested in you but you aren't interested in me. I've asked you out and yout turned me down leaving me as alone as you are this Friday night. In the end, if you gave me a chance you might find that I'm a pretty decent guy that won't cheat on you and will treat you with respect.

If you want a guy to notice you show him your personality. Join a club or two. Expand your horizons. Does your school have a photography club? (I'm making that up as the example.) Join one, find a guy, and make a non-threatend date to take pictures at a local city/county/state park some Saturday afternoon. You might find a great guy.

Until guys grow up they tend to fall into the trap of going after the type of girl that society has portrayed as beautiful or that there peers seem to be attracted to. This changes as they grow up and realize that there a more important things to look for in a woman besides having the figure of a model. Just be patient and be yourself, the right guy will find you attractive and sweep you off your feet.

Teenage boys are vain. They want to be seen with the cutest, most good looking girl they can find. It's about building up their self esteem. Eventually someone will come along who will like you for who you are not what you look like.

meaning you truly like him and also you're grew to change into on by making use of him. that's an outstanding aspect. in case you probably did not get moist in any respect or in case you've been slightly moist, which could be undesirable. adult males say, the wetter the more advantageous acceptable. very time-honored.

Skinny girls are easier to sleep with. Big gurls you gotta lift them up and work them. Makes you sweat more.
