My boyfriend is basically exactly like those picky kids, haha. So, here's a couple recipes he loves and hopefully those little ones will love em too :)

BAKE 12 min. Meanwhile, coat chicken strips with coating mix as directed on package.
TURN potatoes over with large spatula; push to one side of baking sheet. Place chicken strips on other side of baking sheet. Bake an additional 15 min. or until potatoes are tender and chicken is cooked through. Mix mustard and honey; serve for dipping.

BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until cheese is melted and enchiladas are heated through, removing the foil after 20 min.

COOK steak in remaining 1/4 cup dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat in 5 to 6 min. or until no longer pink. Remove steak; keep warm.
ADD peppers and onion; cook until tender. Add steak; cook until heated through. Serve in warm tortillas topped with cheese, sour cream and salsa.

Well lets see, Since you are the babysitter why aren't the parents supplying you the information and the food that the kids can have?
I have never hired a babysitter and expected them to supply dinner for my kids. They were there to make sure the house did not burn down, kids are kept safe and to bed on time.
Now that being said if you need a few ideas try making mini pizza's using english muffins, sauce and cheese, if there is any kind of meat they like top with that to.
There is fish fillets, (make your own not store bought).
And get the kids to help if they are old enough. Besides if they are hungry they will eventually eat what you prepare as long as it will not make them sick.
I believe the parents should be setting the menu for them, not you.
Good Luck
Glenn

Wow. Their mom needs to let them see what it is like to be hungry..lol
Try this
*4 Chicken boneless chicken breasts
(cut into bite sized pieces)
* Low sodium soy sauce--2 cups
*sugar--1/2 cup
*black pepper--2 teaspoons
*sesame seed oil
(unless you think that is too nutty for them...if it is an alergy issue you are fine)
That is your sauce. Put the chicken on a baking pan in one layer. Put the sauce over the chicken. Bake at 350 for 30min. Then drizzle the sesame oil over and bake until the pieces look done.
Serve over rice.
Good luck.

There are enormous amounts of good things out there.
I grew up with Cream of Potato soup as a way of spreading love... you could serve this with say grilled cheese sandwiches or some other kind of sandwich for lunch.
If it isn't raining .. how about.. grilled chicken, pintos, potato chips, maybe corn on cob .. topped off with cold watermelon.
How about ..
Dropped Flour dumplings (spotzles) and butter, baked chicken, some cranberries, carrots, one baked potato each. followed w/ boxed pie.
A little odder:
Madras Fried Curried Brown Rice, store bought egg rolls or pot stickers .. and/or an Asian meat bun ..honeyed carrots .. some make-do Japanese style "shrimp sause" Mayo and hot sause -- jello for desert.

there's so much they won't eat or you don't want them to eat that I can only come up with 2 suggestions. Buy some bagels or English muffins, since they don't like store bought bread and spread some jelly on it and make them a sandwich. or maybe some cooked sliced chicken breast with a piece of cheese American or cheddar or whatever they will eat. GOOD LUCK! You will surely need it.
