With the exception of onions, most veggies are safe for your dog to eat. Veggies such as green beans, for instance, are a great supplement to a dog's diet as they add both fiber and vitamins.

The below link has a list of foods you should avoid giving your dog. Notice grapes and raisins are on there, along with some others people don't automatically think about when it comes to table scraps.

Hope that helps! :)

NO!!!! I feed my dog "human food" everyday....she loves the stuff plus it's way more healthier than that dog food- which she doesn't even touch-do you even know what's in that stuff? Or why do they keep advertising even more natural food inside them?

Here's a question to wonder....back when dog food was not invented, what did dogs used to eat, especially on the farms?
....food scraps?
Would you eat what you are feeding your dog?

Your dogs won't have problems digesting the carrots and potatoes, it's basically the same thing to them as it is to us. The only things to watch out for is too much cheese (consitpation) and no chocolate (dogs can die off of chocolate)

My toy poodle eats both of those things constantly; carrots are almost a staple for her, and whenever I'm cooking potatoes, I give her one or 2

If you're worried about size, cut them up into small pieces (about 4ths) or bite size pieces- they know how to chew

My vet told me to give my puppy raw carrots when he was teething. They are cold (if kept in the fridge) and hard - help the new teeth break through to speed teething and ease the pain.

They will not hurt the dog.

Raw potatoes (occasionally) will not hurt a dog.

As long as the majority of your dog's diet is dog food, occasional snacks of fruit (my dog liked Granny Smith apples and cantaloupe!) or veggies (he ate broccoli, tomatoes, lettuce, etc) will not hurt your dog.

Carrots are a great treat for dogs, vets usually recommend them for overweight dogs that get too many fattening treats. Not sure about potatoes though..never really knew a dog that liked them, but I suppose a few will not hurt them. Ask your vet if they are difficult for a dog to digest.

Hi, I understand that you are looking for some advice or resources to help fully train your dog or fix behavior problems. If a professional dog trainer is not an option at this time, or if you want to trt training your dog on your own (a great way to bond), I'd suggest you https://biturl.im/aUMCr

A friend recommened it to me a few years ago, and I was amazed how quickly it worked, which is why I recommend it to others. The dog training academy also has as an excellent home training course.

Nah. My bullmastiff loves to think she's ''sneaking'' into the potatoe bag. She will grab her one, throw it around, take a few bites, hide it, go back and get it and eat some more. To her, it's an edible toy.
As long as your dogs don't have any allergies, it should be fine. Mine has never had a problem. Just have fun watching them should they start playing with their food!!

Fresh veggies like carrots and greenbeans are actually good for your dog. You should not give too many at a time or replace regular dog food with them but they certainly arent bad

I don't think any veggies hurt animals just do not give them onions they make dogs anemic, very tired. I hope this helps, have fun with your dog.
