I don't think that you can see him anywhere unless he shows himself to you. Is this a physical or mental question?
I know that one time a pastor saw Jesus during a worship sermon physically once. He told that to us in chapel one day. It was one of the most incredible stroies I heard... Well, you hear tons...

he is everywhere! all you have to do is slow down and take a look around and he is everywhere and inside everyone!--he knew you before you were concieved and he knows how many hairs you have on your head!
