It does look like a mix, but if it was a poor pet quality puppy, you could never tell the difference. Neuter ASAP and have a great pet.

If you got a PET QUALITY pup from a CRAP breeder,it will NEVER look like it *should*!!!
Go read the BREED STANDARD!!!
