Cook her favorite food and make a romantic candle light dinner for her. The more candles the better!

If your first date was at a restaurant take here there. It may not be overly romantic but it takes her back to where the two of your first met.
I did that with my then girl-friend (now wife) when we started dating. I was sad to hear that the place we first met is now out of business.

Take her to the place you first met, or take her to the most romantic place you know, if she's into music, make her a mix cd. get her a promise ring. Take her somewhere fun. Take her shopping and to a movie and dinner. Take her fishing or canoeing or hiking or camping. Do something, dude!

Spend some money. By now, you should know her favorite type of food. Buy her some flowers, take her to her favorite restaurant or a restaurant that serves her favorite food, and rent her favorite movie!
