Probably a really stupid question, but I need to know!

I think they eat the nectar from the flowers they like, carry pollen to other flowers (so they can be pollenated), and when they get back to their hive they produce honey.

I belive they eat the tranformed nectar which becomes honey after they stir and fan (with wings) it to make it thicker and last longer. They share their food with one another by using thier proboscus (I hope I spelled that correctly).

They do make honey for their own purposes, not for us. We take it from them.

Accumulate pollen on themselves while transfering from flower to flower (pollinating them) while gathering nectar.

They eat nectar and pollen made by flowers, from which honey is made.
