Ask him out! My fiance and I had a similar situation. We caught each others attention, stared at each other, engaged in small talk, but I was too scared to ask her out. Part of me didn't want to embarrass her either because the only time I would see her is at her work. Anyway, she finally decided to ask me out and now we are engaged! If you really feel like something is there, don't hesitate... ask him out!
