Hello,
First off it depends on the length of your hair and if it is thin or very thick. Second even if you take a shower every day you should only wash your hair like once or twice a week but good conditioner every day. I swear by PANTENE conditioner for color treated hair. I color my hair about every 6 wks and it is very wavy and thick and I have been thru the same thing. A good shampoo for dry hair makes a difference. It took me a few months because I live in a very hot,dry climate and I was also fighting frizz but I was determined and now it is not dry and it stays soft. They also sell leave in conditioners that work. Good luck. I hope this helps.

Try Biolgage professional hydrating shampoo and detangling solution. I also use some sort of softener from Biolage. It looks like milk and is in a pump bottle. It really helps with over-treated hair.

Stop dying your hair-- let it grow out. Use conditioning shampoo and conditioner that makes your hair softer. Also get lots of protein and iron.

Stop washing your hair everyday! Wash your hair 3 times a week and you will have normal hair again!

DONT WASH YOUR HAIR EVERYDAY AND STICK TO ONE BRAND OF PRODUCTS THAT YOU LIKE...MIXING PRODUCTS COULD BE BAD CONSIDERING ALL OF THE CHEMICALS THEY PUT IN THEM TOO... AVOID GEL AND MOUSSE FOR AWHILE....ALSO EAT HEALTHIER...PERHAPS PROTEIN..ITS GOOD FOR THE HAIR AND NAILS..when u wash your hair make sure the water isnt too hot and avoid dying frequently...hope this helps :)
