This is tricky! I was once confronted to the same situation and I knew the girl was attracted to me a lot.I had several signs...So I did ask her if she wanted to be my girl but she refused cause she's used to have men who submit to her dominant personality!
Now , I know she still wants me but refuses to assume that I am a man and not a wuss. So she still hangs around me as a friend but with the secretive desire of having me! .Too bad now, I found someone much better for me , (veeeery cute too) and now she is jealous and calls me 4 to 6 times a day! The best way to go about this is to let her know your feelings in a very simple and straightforward way and if you get rejection, don't say anything more and find someone else. Real friends stick together no matter what! Otherwise the person will use this attraction as a way to manipulate you to get its ways! Be veeery careful!

Well, the way you asked the question to us is pretty much how you're going to HAVE to do it. I admire that you're taking the chance! If she says no, the easiest way would be to fire off an e-mail and tell her that you'd still like to be friends, that you admire and respect her and hope she feels the same about you . . . tell her that just because she doesn't want to take it to the next level you'd still love to be her friend.

You don't really ask her out. just spend more time with her and treat her especially nice. most girls will know if you are trying to go out with them and if they feel the same way about you they will continue to let you treat her nicely. but is she dosn't she will still be a very good that you are really nice too.! love happens gradually. and eventully she or you will realize what you really want

The best I ever experienced was "Can I see you Socially?" There was no pressure. It turned into a great love affair. I'm not young anymore. But I'll never forget it. It also gave us time to get to know each other.

Kinda of approach it in a joking manner or ask her out and then if she says shes not sure then tell her I meant as friends. It covers for you

if you are in 5 grade then write her a poem or just kiss her in front of everyone and if she says ew she really mean wow or ask her one more time after school
