If you know what she likes, give it to her if you can. For instance, does she have a favorite type of food? Find a quaint restaurant with that on the menu and take her there for a romantic dinner. Does she like a certain movie and wishes she had it but can't find it? Find it and give it to her. Has she ever had a massage or manicure? Get her a gift certificate to a reputable salon where she can be pampered for an hour or longer. Always be fresh and clean when you see her. More than strong colognes, women like the smell of cleanliness from fresh clothes and clean hair. Always keep your fingernails clean and trimmed, and keep your teeth fresh and clean. She'll be impressed at how delicious you are to kiss.
Small daily things mean a lot. Always walk on the outside of the sidewalk nearest the curb. It's a safety thing and she'll appreciate your looking out for her. Remember to open doors for her. Do it in a natural way as though you've been doing it all your life. If she lives at home with her parents, buy a single red rose and call her mom and ask her if you can bring over the rose and have her put the rose on your girlfriend's pillow for you when she's not around so it'll be a surprise. Be sure to let her order first at a restaurant. Little curtisies that show respect and care for her mean a lot. Flowers are good, but the numerous little things a man can do to show he cherishes a woman mean more to most women than flowers because they take more effort and show sincerity. Plan a walk with her, but choose the route first so you can stop along the way at a cafe. If you know they have musicians at the cafe, prearrange for them to play a beautiful love song dedicated to her while you're there. Best of luck to you and I hope she appreciates that you care enough to ask for romantic ideas to please here.

The most romantic thing you can do is something original and different. Here's couple examples (that I've always wanted a guy to do for me)...Set up a scavenger hunt either at home or at her work (if at her work, make it kind of discreet). At the end of the hunt have something that she would love...like flowers, a stuffed animal with a pic of you two, or YOU holding something. Another idea...make cards with reasons why you love her and place them in odd places...on her bathroom mirror, in her car, etc. I could go on forever about romantic gestures...but like I said...anything personal and original would do the trick. (DISCLAIMER: Woman do love flowers and such...just don't give them all the time, the get overrated and boring really quick!)

I don't honestly believe there is one single romantic gesture to prove that you really care. Things like listening attentively, engaging in conversation and sharing your thoughts leave someone with the impression that you care about them. I think flowers are a very impersonal way of sharing your thoughts. Besides, flowers die. Look her in the eye, hold her hand and tell her you care about her.

Forget the flowers. It's not material things that matter. If you love her, look at her as though she's the only person on earth. Cook her dinner. Ask her how she feels and really listen. Love her when she's at her worst. Offer to help her take care of daily things like car maintenance, running errands so she doesn't have to. Most of all, LISTEN TO HER without being defensive. Can you handle that?

dress up in a tuxedo go to her work with a single red rose in front of her work mates and on bent knee profess that she is the one that makes every tomorrow worth waiting for and that without her your yesterdays would be golden because without her the day would dawn black and life your life would be a dull and lifeless existence . Tell the lady that you love her and you are a better man because of that love that grows ever expanding in your chest
