It is a white and black whirlpool that spins in a circle. Then a voice comes on a speaker and says "you do believe.....because I said so". (to anyone that does not know the spinning thing is a tool of hypnosis)

Perhaps you are referring to a fresco painting by Leonardo da Vinci that is commonly known as The Last Supper. It is a beautiful painting and it is likely that a long time ago someone saw the skill of the artist and thought there must be a god for how else could such beauty come to be and this person wrote this observance down.
That said I can tell you without a doubt that art is not proof of god's existence.

no such thing. using your logic theres a painting out there that can make people poo their pants by simply looking at it.
