How old are you and how long have you been friends? If you want to know if she feels the same way about you just casually bring up the idea of you two going on a date. Her reaction will say a lot. If you two usually hang out together without anyone else there, start giving hints. Get her a flower, or something. Nothing too big, or expensive. Keep it simple. If you guys usually hang with other people start trying to hang out alone. Hopefully when you start sending these signals, if she's perceptive, she'll respond. Any answer would be a good one. If she's not interested, move on. If she is into being more than friends, good for you.

You should keep on being friends, because if you try anything else you gonna ruin the friendship and you might just make an enemy if the romance turns out wrong.

If you've known her for a long time, then Im sure you'll know how she'll react if you told her how you felt about her. If you dont think it will mess up the friendship, then tell her how you feel, if you think she'll look at you differently, then dont say anything and continue admiring her from afar.

Well, just start off slow.
Ask her if she'd ever want to go to the "movies, shopping, park" with you, just the two of you and see what she says.
You should know right away if there may be a chance she's into you or she'll let you know she just wants to stay friends.

If you are 99.9% positive she likes you back, go for it.
Don't worry about ruining friendships. If it doesn't work out, you can slowly rebuild you relationship as friends...
Unless someone does something stupid, like cheat, and that would ruin it FOREVER!

I hink u should ask some of ur friends to find out if she likes u too. If they don't find out, take a chance. If they do and she likes u- YAY! If not... try to find anotehr girl. There's TONS of good fish in the sea.

try to find out if she likes u, but once u find that out do not ask her out, u hear me do NOT! if she keeps telling u a bout this other guy, then she does not lik u, try to avoid her a little once u find out if she likes u or not, and then talk to her, then tell her how u feel in person, then ask her out
