How the hell would I know without details it is a bit hard to determine. Are you fat,ugly ,good looking or what. I think you know the answer.

I really don't know at this point. A photo and a little background about you would be helpful to aswer the question.
Are you very handsome/pretty or do you look like someone famous?
Do you dress weird or walk funny?
Do you have a bunch of piercings on your face and/or a bunch of tattoos on your body?
Or, could it be that booger hanging from your nose?

Ask them ifr they are staring, then ask them why. They'll say they're not and there's no reason to get belligerent and walk away fearfully.
Or is it that people always look at others around them. Its an instinct to tell if enemies are nearby. If their glances linger, they may be thinking, "I could get to know that person".

I have the same problem and I looked at myself in the mirror and asked that question and I came up with because IM PRETTY you are to thats why they stare.

to some you may have a either a beautiful figure or an really ugly one. to others you may appear to have a unimaginablly good heart or a unbelievably evil inside. what ever people think it is still always up to you to decide what you really are or why they stare

Who cares...at least people look at you and you know you exist. You must make an impression, could be cause you are beautiful, different or otherwise noticeable...people always look at other people, we are animals checking out the competition dear!!

Two reason I could think of. You are either very attractive/hot/good looking, or you have a big ol booger hanging out of your nose. Might be other reasons, but I could only think of those two right now.
