well, if you did you would be much too smart to be wasting your time on here asking questions from the Yahoo gang in bad English!! hahaha. They are four of the toughest schools in the USA to get into.
OK, but seriously, all four of these schools are just terrific. You would need to visit them and see for yourself. Their campuses are quite different. Harvard is in the middle of a big city with several other important schools nearby (especially MIT is right down the street). Yale is in a small city that is rather run down and shabby looking. Princeton has some classic college-Gothic architecture, it's in a small, pretty town in the country. Stanford is a completely different feel, quite spread out, and of course, in CA vs the Northeast US, so the kids who go there are quite different in style and the way they act compared to the Easterners.
If anyone ever had the choice between these schools, it would be a really tough choice.

Depends on what you want to do. If you're in science, engineering, or architecture, Harvard might be the way to go; MIT is just around the corner, and lots of research groups come from both campuses. Otherwise, I don't know. Email the universities and ask them to put you in touch with some alumni who've done what your interested in. Their insight might help you make up your mind.

wow, if you able to go to all those places you have made the best desicions until now, and im sure you wont stop there. but i'de say harvard (one of my amazing close friends went there) aside from that i dont knwo specifics about each school that would make a difference. just rem. you shouldnt fit in to the school, the school should fit in to you.

The one that offered you the biggest scholarship XD
Since they're all elite, I'd go for the one that I wouldn't walk away with debt in.
Harvard would be nice, though.
