I agree, but one who has been abuse, sometimes can't help to do the same, and it has nothing to do with refraining, and is a learned behavior.

Yeah, sounds good to me too. It's like what Jesus said. Just turn and walk away from your enemies, or those who hurt you. Don't get revenge, He will avenge you with justice, which is good for both people.
