Tell them not to do that if they keep doing it then tell an adult they have no right to touch you any place with out your permission

look at him at eye level, and explain that you feel uncomfortable when he touches you like that and not to do so again. If this keeps on happening express your concern to his parent.

Tell them not to. If they continue report it to an adult. If it is happening in school they can be suspended for inappropriate behavior.

Give them time out every time they do that. For what ever age they are That's how long that you should give them the time out for. Then that way they will learn in time not to do that anymore.

Tell them flat out to stop that it makes you feel uncomfortable and if they don't stop you are going to report them to an adult.
