The nutrition chart is kind of confusion and I really can't tell how many servings there in one can.

My tuna can says 2.5

It tells you how many servings are in the can. 4 oz is usually a decent amount of meat. Tuna offers a great amount of protein and very little fat.

its according on what you add to it a general rule of thumb is 4 oz of protein per serving, per meal, so your answer would be 1 1/2
