any greasy or oily foods cause your gallbladder to work overtime by trying to release enough bile to breakdown the foods. This is adding to what is already in the food & adding more work to the stomach lining & it's trying too hard to break the food down...eat smaller portions & drink milk if it gives you a problm or or give it up all toghether.

That stuff is filled with grease and fat, which can cause stomach upset and irritable bowels. They also have spices which can exacerbate these effects.
I'd highly recommend avoiding heavily processed meats (deli meat, pepperoni, pastrami, bacon) as it is not only fatty but contains a ton of preservatives.
The closer to natural the better.

I wouldn't worry about it, as long as you are both healthy. When I swallowed for the first time, it upset my stomach, too. Ended up with diarrhea, to be honest. Even now, if I go too long without swallowing and then give him oral, it will upset my stomach.

They are a very fatty food with lots of different kinds of meat- pork, chicken, beef etc. They are also loaded with preservatives, artificial flavorings and "spices" (thousands of different chemicals) that can cause your stomach to be upset.

If it bothers you, try not to eat it. If you want to eat it and don't want the problems, see a doctor. They may prescribe something for you that would get rid of that digestive problem.

That may be acid indigestion...or it could just be that these things are not healthy. I would simply advise you to stay away from these foods (what they're made of is pretty nasty, anyway). God bless! :)
