Unfortunately, age has little to do with it. I know several adults that thrive on drama. Though I do not care for it myself.

Drama is such a common word for us teenagers, mostly the ones in high school. I think that relationships are filled with that much drama is because they don't know how to adapt into it. Most teenagers are just looking for fun and just hook up, not really knowing who'd get attached and hurt the most. It's not that they don't care about the opposite sex, it's just like... trying to find yourself in that other person and see if you could find a way to get along with them. Like another one said, trial and error.
We don't have to worry about marriage and finding "the one" until we get a little bit older and mature enough to handle a real relationship that would need commitment, time, and all that good stuff. We're just trying to live high school life the way it should be. Plus, relationships causes drama.

I'm 17, and know that most teen relationships have a lot of drama one because of out of whack hormones, and two because most teens are too immature to handle a relationship that will mean anything and last.
I guess I'm one of the few who doesn't fall into that category, because I have no desire to be with a guy who is as immature as most guys I know.

Their brains are not fully developed and they aren't capable of making wise decisions. Plus hormones make you very emotional which contributes to the drama.

Minds are not mature enough to deal with many situations. Irrational behaviors. Maybe not the teens themselves, but everyone else around them, friends and such.

because they are not grow enough, but what's your problem? this is their time , so they can live and act like they want. After few years will be too late to do crazy things and to have dramatic relationships.
