OK... I think you should wait a bit if you JUST had dinner. We need blood to exercise, and right right now your blood is helping with your digestion so be careful! unless you had a very small meal.

YOU NEVER stop burning calories. Every minute of the day every movement, every breath burns calories so... yeah you will burn more calories if you are more active but, if you are doing it to burn your dinner again, be careful.

Do you need to lose weight? easy math do not consume more calories than your body needs

check how many calories you need a day. We are all very different, we all have different needs.

Dont go crazy about burning calories, eat well and love yourself.

You'll still burn calories, just not the ones you just ate.. those will take a little while to hit your system.. some of the simple sugars may catch up with you in your workout, depending on what you ate and how long you work out.. but in all honesty, you probably won't work out as long as normal because your stomach is going to be using more of your blood than normal to digest your food, and therefore you will have less blood, and less oxygen, for the rest of your body to use. ... so you are going to burn stored calories.. and probably less because you will get tired, not because of the food itself

Give it a bit before you jump right on the treadmill so you don't get sick. All physical exercise burns calories. It doesn't matter when you ate. It just matters that you ate.

Whenever you move you burn calories. When you sleep you burn them. You never stop. Its just how much that you burn off. Exercise hard.

Yes ofcourse you will. Just don't eat too much when you come back from the gym becuase then you're just replacing the calories you lost.

You will burn as many calories, however since your blood will be full of sugar, you will burn less fat.
But all activitiy is great, so workout whenever you can.
