my friend has a real problem she can't get a date. she is about 10-15 pounds over weight but she is beatiful in the face. my question is do guys not go out will girls because there 10-15 pounds over weight

Shallow guys.
Personally I've noticed that very thin girls, like super models and such, look a lot better dressed than undressed. Nothing is less attractive than a Saran-Wrapped skeleton. I been with all kinds and I like a woman with a little meat on them, you know, some padding. Hard-body strippers look pretty good but don't have that womanly softness that makes them nice to touch.
I bet that there are many guys that don't fit the "Jock - Stud" mold that would love to be with your friend. Having a mate that fits the "ideal" physical form is a pain. They tend to be targets for others and also tend to keep an eye open for something "better" than what they have now.
10 - 15 pounds can turn a girl from a bag of bones to a soft cuddly play toy. Woo Woo !!!!

The reality is that, (1) nobody gives a crap about weight (2) there are dudes that will do anybody (3) 10-15 lbs is a schwing through the drive-through(4) as long as shes puttin out ,there will be no prob (5) make sure EVERYBODY knows shes puttin out(6)and last but not least ,black does hide rolls of fat pretty well

Perhaps being a little plump causes her not to be too self confident. 10-15 lbs isn't an awfull lot to loose should she choose to do so.
