Oh it will probably be really inexpensive if you find a place to live that has been hit by a bomb. You might be even able to live there for free. It might be hard to find things right now, but it should be really cheap living right now. Since that area is going to be in ruin and other people are going to run to the rural areas you should have some time to loot.
