You can basically eat anything you want just get your metabolism up, go walking, running, aerobics, make sure you do cruches and sit ups and everyday increase the number of sit ups and reps that you do until you get to a high amount like 500 per day.

This works.
Look were your panties stop... ok, see how that is where the fat starts to go out farther. Well that is because there is no pressure pushing back. Same with guys, see how they get beer belly above the pant line.
You can do a few things.
Wear pantyhose that go over your bellybutton under your pants or get a girdle type thing that will compress that area.
What will happen is that the fat will naturally go out of that area or go away all together and when you go out and want to show your new sexy belly just don't wear the pantyhose or girdle thing.
It works. My girlfriend has a HOT stomach and she doesn't diet and doesn't workout and she is 42 years old. She didn't until she started wearing this girdle thing under her clothes at work where her stomach doesn't show anyway... but when we go out she wears these great stomach showing shirts and she looks better than the 20 year olds !!! I have heard several younger girls come up and ask her what is her workout to get that stomach and then she tells some of them the secret. The ones that she doesn't like she tells them that she spend 4 hours a day in the gym. She hasn't been to a gym in 15 years.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Let him know that you want a salad instead, when you go out to eat, healthier meals and do crunches! Start out doing as many as you can one day, go to every other day, then doing them daily. The trick is to build up those weak stomach muscles, once they get used to be worked out, you will see results, generally after 45 days with this routine!

Ab exercises aone are not enough. You need a strict cardiovasular regimen to take off the fat wieght and then do abs. A person can eat almost anything if they do heavy cardio-like 45minutes to an hour per day.-

Bring your own lunch. I find it almost impossible to maintain a low caloric intake eating from any of the local establishments near work.
Bring snacks, crackers, anything to get you through the day.
