What is the best digital camera I can get for about $200 Canadian in Canada ?

I would like it to take good pictures and have an SD card slot.

Add about $60.00 to your 200.00 and you can get a Canon A530 Powershot.......It's a 4x's Optical zoom with 5.0 megapix's

A really great camera.

P.S. I only know because I found on ein the middle of St. Catherine street in Montreal!
