would the cheez-its (For example) keep me satisfied as long as the grapes?? i know they're obvioulsy not as healthy as the grapes.

It just so happens you picked grapes and they have mostly the simple sugar glucose which we burn in our cells for energy. Anything else we eat (that doesn't have glucose) will have to be digested and converted into glucose. The junk food has virtually no glucose so it all has to be converted into glucose for use in the body.

If you eat the grapes you are likely to burn off the calories very quickly since it doesn't have to be converted. The junk food has to go through all these processes to get to be glucose--the problem being, your body has other sources of glucose that are easier to get to so the junk food is more likely to be converted and stored as fat.
