As I recall, the muslim law forbids conversion from Islam, and as I recall, in China it is forbidden to evangelize the Chinese.

So -exactly- how does your god provide equal opportunities to everyone on the planet when there are governments actively suppressing christianity/religion?

Or is your god happy to condemn people who just happened to be born in the wrong country, under an oppressive government?

>>>So -exactly- how does your god provide equal opportunities to everyone on the planet when there are governments actively suppressing christianity/religion?

It is God's job to create every human being in his image, with equal value; it is man's job to ensure equal opportunities. If it were God's job to ensure political or economic equality, there would be no free will. We would be robots, never having pride or greed. It is sin that ends up with people having inequalities and injustices.

>>>Or is your god happy to condemn people who just happened to be born in the wrong country, under an oppressive government?

No, God is not happy when PEOPLE condemn PEOPLE. It is only a god of your creation that condemns anything.

The the Royal Family, who runs Saudi Arabia, and owns the oil, and they don't build enough schools and hospitals, why do you blame God?

Wow, God has to be an equal oppurtunity employer now? You've reduced the ultimate divine being to the status of a McDonalds?

Who says you are not free to convert in a muslim country? The MAN made law might say no, but you can say yes. You might lose your life or be exiled, but if I recall many lost their life including the Lord Jesus. Plus people were exiled like St. John.

I'll bet that somewhere around there, there is a mission.

When christianity first began it was outlawed. Christians had to have mass in underground tomes. With the buried bodies of the Saints. They had to bring the Eucharist through underground tunnels. Many Christians were murdered just to get it established, ever heard of Nero? Daniel and the Lion's den?

Did you know that their used to be an abundance of Christians in much of what is now muslim land? In fact, Christianity existed BEFORE Islam. What do you think the crusades was about?

Or did you just ask this question to express your own frustration against christianity.

There are Christian missionaries all over the world. Even in China and Saudi Arabia. They put their lives on the line to share their faith. I don't know what you're talking about "equal opportunities". Most Bible scholars I know of say that a person who has never heard the Gospel is not held responsible for their lack of knowledge. So, if a person from a country where the Gospel has never been presented dies they would go to Heaven. This theology is controversial however, so there will be differing opinions among Christians.

My Catholic faith acknowledges the fact that not everyone is afforded the same opportunities to worship the One true God. As such, each person is judged on their environmental conditions. Those who have been afforded total religious freedom are judged harsher for not worshipping God when they have had the freedom to do so. They not only take for granted their freedom but they also commit a "sin of ommission" when they neglect to perform a duty. When you read the Gospels you recognize there is no more just person than Jesus Christ.

Your so ignorant! To God everyone is equal. He loves everyone. God gives a fair chance to everyone. And just because they are not Christian doesn't mean they deserve a bad life. People don't have to be Christian to be blessed. You need to learn how to respect other peoples religions. Anyone can choose any religion they want. You give a bad name for Christians!

Actually, if you were to research it, you would find that the people who are forbidden from being Christians are actually the ones that are willing to share their faith with everyone around them. I kinda wish Christianity would be banned in the USA because then true Christians would have a much stronger relationship with God, and there would likely be a true revival in the country.

The Catholic Church is constantly seeking the nations to "to undertake new and creative political, diplomatic and economic initiatives aimed at relieving the scandalous situations of gross injustice, oppression and marginalization which continue to oppress countless members of the human family..." (Pope)

Too bad some are burning the pope in effigy, their only true international ally.

God is revealed to people by His son Jesus Christ. Mat 11:27 Not by mankind. Christians have took the "great commission" upon themselves so they have where to boast. God can surely save a person without mankind's help. The story of St. Paul in Acts expounds more on this if you care to check.

Before my dear ol' Dad passed gently into that dark dark night, he would have reassured me that this is a misunderstanding...that He never intended for his children to believe he was anything but a god of Love. All this talk of who will be saved and who will be condemned made his heart break. Now that he is gone, I find I miss him terribly and somethimes still think I hear his sweet voice. But alas, he is gone but I am thankful that he has not left me alone...never alone.

Can any of you "hear" me?

i don't care where u are from u are given the opportunity to know Jesus, and if u choose to turn your back well then its your own fault as far as muslim law forbids conversion from islam, well if u are scared of what they will do to u then it just proves that u wouldn't die for God and get to heaven , to stay in a religion is just ignorance, nobody is forcing u but fear and u aren't supposed to fear what ppl can do to u.
