Dinosaur Bar B Que up in Harlem. The food is awesome, you can get buckets of beer, and the prices are extremely reasonable. The energy in the restaurant is really fun too.

Well, you didn't say how old , but if you're over 21 one of the best places is "***** Last Resort" check out the web for locations, but the place is a blast and everyone gets embarrassed and lol, but all in good clean fun...check it out

well when i turned 14 i was in DSS care and i was in a group home. on my 14th birthday one of the staff took me out for dinner. we went to a very nice resteraunt but it was a lot of money. the resteraunt is called The 99. it has different kinds of foods such as chicken wings, buffolo wings, french fries, onion rings, and even healthy foods like the salads. well after eating dinner randomly the waitressess came out with a big strawberry shortcake with a big pile of what ever kind of ice cream you wanted on top and they came out and sang happy birthday. it was kinda embarrassing. i turned bright red. but i had a fun time. i went back to the group home and they had a huge surprise birthday party for me when i got back. it was an interesting night.
but i had fun.

I would go to Hooters (cause i work there...lol) or BW3 or some kind of bar-restaurant so people can drink and stuff
