Im 16 and shes 16 and we are friends but last time we went out she kept putting on lip bomb and when i walked her home she dawdled about as if she didnt wanna go in. I have liked her for a while now and did she want me to kiss her?

okay, its not lip bomb.. its lip balm. and yes, more than likely she did want to kiss you, but there is a possiblity that her lips were dry.

The word is spelled balm, not bomb, by the way. I think she was nervous. Kiss her next time. The anticipation will be worth it.
