Yes, I'm 20 yrs old and I only have a 8 month credit history. I need another credit card to build a good credit history and also to increase my debt to credit ratio which will help my credit score...any ideas which credit card company will give me a good credit card:

with low APR intro and overall
no annual fee

Go to a Credit Union, they are non-profit organization.
Some credit union has better APR on loans and credit cards.

Most card issuers will give you a card with a low credit limit. Use it for purchases you are making anyway and pay it off every month. In a few months, they will start increasing your limit fairly often.

Jc Pennys/Dillards are usually easy to get.

As for visa/mc, take a look at the ones offered by Orchard bank and Capitol One. National city has some good secured cards also.
