this CAN be a type of skin cancer, which can easily be removed by going to the doctor... definetly go to the doctor, because u dont want to risk anything.
if u notice change in coloration, irritabilty, size or any combination of these to a mole or freckle, u should see a doctor as soon as posisble.

Try putting a used tea bag (still warm) on it to draw out as much of the pus as possible. If you could see it (try using a second mirror held under your chin, and angled towards a stationary wall mirror) you would probably see that the pimple is actually coming to a head BESIDE the mole. (My daughter has one beside her nose that does this periodically.)
Drawing the infection out, and cleaning it with peroxide or alcohol gel should help heal the infection.
But, I would see a doctor as well about getting it taken off. The fact that it's under your chin means that any scar left over would never be noticeable, and it's best to remove moles that cause problems.

You probably have a pimple. If it continues to be sore for more than one week, see the doctor. (And don't mess with it. Keep the fingers off!)
A cancer will cause a sore that will never heal. (It can be irritated for months. But don't worry, highly treatable.) Another possibility is an overactive cluster of oil glands having a party. Sounds a little fun, but if that is the case it will have to be removed. (A plug will be taken out. It doesn't hurt that bad and will heal quickly.)

I would suggest you see a doctor about it. Moles are so difficult to determine if there are issues with it or safe. Some moles end up being melenoma. So I would suggest to see a doctor as soon as possible. Dermatologist not a private physician. Good luck.

See a doctor imediantly, if you notice your mole changing, (i.e. pimples, soreness or puss [the stuff coming out of it]) that can and will result in skin cancer unless you get it checked out immediantly.

Dont worry...you don't have to see a doctor for now. Just wait two more weeks then it will disappear, if not then by that time you should see your doctor.

It may be best to consolt a doctor just incase it's something serious. He wont think its groos though. He has probably seen worse things on a patient before. Best of luck to you and your problem...LOL.
